Las barras hexagonales son un equipamiento diferente y único al permitirte reinventar ejercicios fundamentales como el peso muerto, paso del granjero y sentadillas con salto entre otros. Son fundamentales para programaciones en proceso de rehabilitación tanto del tren superior como el inferior.
Ventajas
Te permite añadir mayor intensidad y variar ejercicios fundamentales. Con nuestra barra hexagonal podrás trabajar peso muerto con una mayor activación de cuádriceps. El espacio interior te permite con un agarre neutro múltiples ejercicios de hombro, espalda y pecho. Además te recomendados utilizarla para movimientos más explosivos como las sentadillas con salto dónde podrás añadir peso sin problema. Ideal para un correcto trabajo de core.

But if, despite our efforts to offer you the highest quality products, you detect any physical or aesthetic anomaly, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Department so that we can conveniently execute the warranty . You have a 3 year warranty on this product and 1 year if you are professional!
