GHD Élite 2.0
El GHD de Singular WOD es la mejor forma para desarrollar un core fuerte y resistente. Un buen desarrollo del core es necesario cuando realizamos ejercicios de fitness, halterofilia y powerlifting, ya que la fuerza y la potencia en los ejercicios funcionales se transmiten desde el abdomen y el lumbar hacia las extremidades.
Su estructura está fabricada en aceroal carbono, con un recubrimiento de pintura en polvo lacada al horno. Puedes ajustar la distancia de la sujeción para los pies del GHD en función de tu estatura. Gracias a su sistema de pasador rápido y maneta roscada, es muy fácil. Solo tienes que aflojar la maneta, sacar el pasador, deslizar el apoyo de los pies, volver a colocar el pasador y apretar la maneta. En pocos segundos tendrás los apoyos adaptados a ti.
El GHD está equipado con dos acolchados para el apoyo de los muslos y cuatro colchados para los pies, todos ellos fabricados en espuma de alta densidad y tapizados con polipiel hipoalergénica y doble costura que resisten las largas jornadas de entrenamiento. Aunque su peso es de 80 kg, es fácilmente transportable gracias a las dos ruedas ubicadas en su parte delantera. Sólo tendrás que levantarlo a modo de carretilla y llevarlo donde prefieras.
Su base cuenta con 5 orificios que podrás usar con nuestros pines para bandas que te dan la opción de trabajar con cargas dinámicas.
Podrás realizar ejercicios para el desarrollo abdominal y lumbar que te harán conseguir un core mas fuerte, y fortalecer los músculos isquiotibiales y glúteos de manera que es funcionalmente transferible infinidad de deportes mas allá del entrenamiento funcional o la halterofilia.

You have a 3 year warranty on this product and 1 year if you are professional!
