Las Kettlebells, también llamadas pesas rusas, son elementos usados en fitness para realizar ejercicios de potencia y fuerza-resistencia, usando siempre los músculos del core para generar una aceleración. El trabajo con Kettlebells fortalece de forma extraordinaria toda la cadena posterior del cuerpo (glúteos, lumbar, femorales) unidos para realizar los movimientos pendulares. De la misma manera notaremos beneficios en resistencia muscular, coordinación, agilidad y equilibrio. Existen multitud de ejercicios que se pueden realizar con estos elementos (snatch, Clean & Jerk, Swing americano y ruso, levantamiento turco etc.) aportando una gran variabilidad y funcionalidad al entreno, sin olvidar la alta intensidad generada gracias a una gran gama de pesos disponibles.
Las Kettlebells de Singular WOD han sido diseñadas cumpliendo los siguientes requisitos:
Estándares de competición: Todas las Kettlebells tienen el mismo tamaño y forma según los estándares de competición, diferenciadas unas de otras gracias a un código de colores (el cuerpo de cada kettlebell va pintado de un color diferente asociado cada color con un incremento de peso).
Fabricación: Fabricadas de acero de la más alta calidad mediante proceso de fundición propio, realizadas de una sola pieza, consiguiendo Kettlebells muy resistentes y con un gran acabado. Su zona de agarre está diseñada para que se adapte a nuestra mano evitando así el roce y posibles heridas. El peso está perfectamente distribuido para que la oscilación sea constante y más fácil de controlar. La base ha sido mecanizada para poder adaptar perfectamente la Kettlebell al suelo y así evitar tambaleos.

You have a 3 year warranty on this product and 1 year if you are professional!
