The new Ab-mat Core Singular WOD is an indispensable ally for a more efficient training and to practice abdominal exercises without discomfort.
Due to its section specially designed to adapt to the different heights and lumbar shapes of the athletes, the Ab-mat avoids damages derived from a bad position such as arching of the back, prevents overloads in the lumbar area and even possible injuries. It also improves the stability of the back and prevents rubbing against the floor. Those who are new to functional training can also use it as a knee support for dips or as a head support for dips.
Our Ab-mat has a compact design and is very lightweight, no assembly is required, so it is very easy to transport to take your workouts anywhere.

But if, despite our efforts to offer you the highest quality products, you detect any physical or aesthetic anomaly, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Department so that we can conveniently execute the warranty . You have a 3 year warranty on this product and 1 year if you are professional!
