The Singular WOD hexagonal Olympic bar features two 34mm parallel handles with a knurled grip to provide a secure and firm hold from the ground. Add your Olympic discs to increase the intensity of your workout.

Allows you to add greater intensity and vary fundamental exercises. Interior space allows for multiple shoulder, back and chest exercises with a neutral grip.
