The Floor SkiErg PM5 Concept2 for fitness offers an aerobic training that puts Nordic skiing within everyone's reach and facilitates your cyclic movement workout for a long period of time which promotes the burning of fat.

With advanced performance monitor, the Floor SkiErg PM5Concept2 for fitness uses the same flywheel resistance systems as the Concept2 Fitness rowing machine and allows you to adjust the amount of air entering the wheel housing during each stroke with a unique spiral absorber that can be adjusted from 1 to 10 like the gears of a bicycle.

Recognised as one of the hardest workouts, Nordic skiing develops strength and endurance and exercises both the upper and lower body.
